Fer Strumenti Mod 5175 oxygen analyzer uses a fully stabilized
Zirconia cell. Long experience with high temperature oxygen analyzers
ensures total confidence in this model which incorporates a heating element to
raise the cell to the working temperature.
To obtain the correct air/fuel ratio in a combustion process it is essential
to measure the content of oxygen present in the flue gas.
Such measurement is possible with the 5175 Analyzer which measures the
percentage of O2 directly in the stack or ducts; without the need for gas
extraction.

PROBE
The probe, manufactured in the best available materials, can be used where
the temperature does not exceed 600° C.
The probe is fitted with an armored electric heater, approved by VDE, which
ensures the maximum safety and is not affected by the products of combustion.
Te main components of the probe i.e. Zirconia cell, heater, thermocouple and
internal electrode, can be easily replaced with very simple mechanical
procedures.
The probe can be supplied with standard lengths of 350, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000
mm.
Special models up to 4000 mm. long can be supplied to special order.
At the terminal end of the probe a SS flame arrestor in normally
fitted.
For dirty processes a ceramic filter, easily replaceable can be supplied.
