Data acquisition

DAS-DAC 3.0

This software, Fer Strumenti Enox and analysis system dedicated,  acquire, recalculate, calculate and present data according to the Italian decree 21.12.95 "Method  control's procedure about industrial system emission in atmosphere".

The SW is composed in two parts:

1) DAS - Data acquisition server

2) DAC - Data acquisition client

For every analysis system one DAS is connected via Mod-BUS RTU or Profi-bus protocol to all the peripherals; it acquire, recalculate and makes averages always looking to the system's digital states and alarms. Connecting one or more DAC to the database created on the same PC or via a LAN you should get access to all the information in real time with graphs and synoptic as historic in average (chart and graph).

Functions

  1. Hourly, daily,48 hour, weekly, monthly, yearly average value calculations and displaying.

  2. Automatic daily, monthly and yearly, text formatted, reporting

  3. Alarm signal processing due to  overcoming of measured parameters.

  4. Valid measure percentages processing.

  5. Real time graphs 

  6. Historic trends generated using averages values.

  7. Italian decree requested values printing.

  8. Gas component acquisition as it is or reprocessed according to the reference oxygen value.

  9. More than the measure supplied  from ENOX the software may manage other 5 using the appropriate 4-20 mA analog input  mounted on ENOX

  10. Adjustable name, unit of measure, zero and span for each measure.

  11. Synoptic picture with all the measures, states and alarms on functional drawing of the system itself.
