The Flowmeter box is housed in strong painted sheet steel, waterproof enclosure and has been studied with ideal flow meters for F.E.R. oxygen probes both for and low temperature; it can be supplied in two different models. Model 60 The air input is forecast from the instrumentation air compressed air net. A pressure reducer, with filter and condense discharger, supplies the air to the flow meters. Not recommended if instrument air is dried using silica gel.Model 62 If no instrument or compressed air is available an electric membrane pump, is fitted instead of the pressure reducer, and supplies the air to the flow meters. Both models can be used with Fer Strumenti zirconia based oxygen analyzers. Technical specification

The zirconia based oxygen analyzers need a small quantity of air
to be driven to the zirconia cell as reference gas. For calibration two gases
with different oxygen contents (one of the two is air), must be driven to the
cell to calibrate the probe and to control the satisfactory running of the probe
and associated electronic unit
