FER Oxygen Analyzer
uses a fully stabilized zirconium oxide cell.
Long experience with high temperature oxygen analyzers ensures total
confidence in this model which incorporates a heating element to raise the
temperature of the cell to the working temperature.
To obtain the correct air/fuel ratio in a combustion process it is essential
to measure the content of oxygen present in the flue gas.
Such measurement is possible with the in situ zirconia based
Oxygen analyzer which measures the percentage of O2 directly in the
stack or ducts; without the need for gas extraction.
The analyzer is usually composed by three elements:
The probe model 5175 or 5185 are used.
This probe mod. 5175 is produced with length of mm. 350, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000
from flange.
Holding tubes for probes length 1000, 1500, 2000 mm. are available.
The probe mod. 5185 suitable for small boilers is produced in the only length of 200 mm.
The probes must be connected with electronic converter model Pro-oxy or B705 and
to Flowmeter box model 60 or 62.
Model Pro-oxy is suitable for back panel mounting; a display for panel mounting to be connected with the electronic unit by 1 meter long special
cable is available.
Model B705 for field mounting can include the pneumatic part with pressure
reducer or membrane pump (not valid for automatic calibration).
