Analyzers and systems for flue and combustible gas

Continuous emissions monitoring Systems

CEMS

TECHNICAL REFERENCE

Complete analysis systems can be projected, produced, commissioned end serviced.
The systems are custom designed for meeting client needs and plant details.

Communications from and to plant supervisor systems is done either with fully comprehensive hard wired connections or via LAN connections using *OPC standards

The equipments are housed in water proof enclosure with cooling and/or heating system that is completely assembled and tested in our workshop, ready for commissioning.
The system is fully protected: all components whose irregular running could affect the safety of the measure or the system, are provided with alarms that stop the pump and light an alarm; these alarms along with the faults alarms of the analyzers are transmitted to the data acquisition on the remote PC. The systems can be projected to measure gases incoming from  different stacks, up to 6, a PLC drives  the scanning via S.S. solenoid valves. When the sample need to be maintained hot to ensure nothing could solve in the condense we use special solenoid valves 180°C resistant in INOX high temperature controlled boxes.

*(OPC: OLE for Process Control. OPC is a technology based on OLE Microsoft standards (now ActiveX), COM (component object model) e DCOM (distributed component object model) in few words on several interfaces, properties and methods defined for plant control and industrial automation. For more information and details see www.opcfoundation.org.)
