FAS 18 software, connected to any emission analysis system, acquires, processes, calculates, reproposes and displays the data. It provides secure and immediate access to your plant’s emissions data.
FAS 18 is based on Wintr® SCADA system for managing the information stored on SQL databases and managed through proprietary processing functions.
It has been fully designed and implemented in-house with particular attention to reporting.
Access to the functions and configurations is limited on the basis of three access levels: Administrator, Advanced and User with dedicated passwords. The acquired information are evaluated in terms of validity, engineered, stored for the following averages calculation and are then kept in daily LOG files.
The instant information is accessible both on a synoptic table (values and states) that can be customized and on real-time graphs; those processed in the form of averages refer to the periods required by law with fully configurable and printable reports.
The acquired values can be recalculated to the reference parameters (oxygen, humidity, temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.)
The SW can energize contacts and send SMS messages in case of malfunctions of the analysis system or overcoming of pre-alarm and alarm thresholds that can be set on the instantaneous and hourly average values.
The system is also equipped with a special function called “forecast average” which allows, through a particular algorithm, to predict the exceeding of emissions with high probability and allow prompt remedial action.
The possibility of keeping track of all operations and accesses made by each user can be provided.
The software can acquire information from any analog and digital I/O module via the Profinet Modbus (TCP) protocols, via OPC, MPI from Siemens S7-300 and S7-400 PLCs and Omron and Panasonic devices.
The software acquires, processes, calculates and presents the data received from the field buses, in order to satisfy the requirements of the various bodies responsible for controlling atmospheric emissions.
QAL3 according to EN 14181-3
FAS 18 software can also manage fully automatically, even remotely, the function QAL3 that compares the performance of the analysis system over time and thus being able to check for any drift. Specific hardware and sample gas cylinders are required and can be provided by Fer Strumenti.
