Description
These systems, specially designed to monitor biogas from landfills, are mainly composed of:
- Infrared analyzer for the analysis of CH4, CO2 and CO
- Electrochemical analyzer for the analysis of O2 (oxygen) and H2S (sulfur dioxide / hydrogen sulfide)
- Flowmeters for the control and regulation of measurement and calibration flows on the analyzers
- Condensate monitor
- Explosive pellistor gas detector
- Solenoid valves for intercepting the biogas in case of leakage
- 4-20 mA analog outputs and measurement digital alarms
Technical specifications
- Measurable gases: CO, CO2, CH4, H2, H2S, O2
- Serial interfaces: RS232 and 485 with Modbus RTU or TCP
- Alarm contacts for exceeding thresholds or for anomalous conditions both cumulative and as individual information: for all 24 V, 1 A max.
- Explosion control
- Power supply: 115V – 230V ± 10%, 50/60 Hz, 50 Va max
- Cabinets for safe or classified areas with Eex-p protection (x or z)
- Cabinet for installations in areas with extreme temperatures: from -40 to 60 °C, suitable for protection against atmospheric agents
